2 years after the release of Übersee on the magnificent Handstiched-label here we are for a second time. This time eight dear fellow musicians and friends visited the place with me and I would like to express my deepest gratitude, because this trip also became a personal history of the first 10 years of Oberlin: All these artists have accompanied me on my way as Oberlin in different periods of time and with all of them I connect very besutiful memories. Everyone played with one of these tunes in his own very special way and in it´s whole it became a treasure of very creative musical signatures for me. I hope while listening you get a feeling for what I mean. I also allowed myself to add an outtake from the former Übersee-sessions. I really don´t know why I took it out in those days...

I am very thankful for this album when I hear what beautiful creations my friends have made out of my humble drone-tunes. Many many thanks for your time, music and care!

Because Übersee´s topic is the way across the sea we all agreed to give the incoming donations to the sea-watch organisation for helping refugees on the water.
